Sprinklers are for Grass! If there is no rain, turn your hose on halfway, and lay it at the base of the plant. Let the water run around the root area for the time allotted for your plant, as outlined below. 6 ft Evergreens: 15 minutes 8 ft Evergreens: 20 minutes 10 ft Evergreens: 25 minutes 2 inch caliper Deciduous: 15 minutes 3 inch caliper Deciduous: 20 minutes 4 inch caliper Deciduous: 25 minutes *These times are estimates, and your soil conditions may require variation. Watering Frequency Temperature Range Frequency 70 to 80 degrees Water every 5 to 7 days 60 to 70 degrees Water every 7 to 9 days 50 to 60 degrees Water every 9 to 12 days 50 and below Water every 14 days
